Strawberry Kiwi Salad

This is a colourful salad that combines bright red strawberries with vibrant green kiwi fruit.  While we suggest finely chopping the mint and mixing it in with the fruit, you can also use whole mint leaves for a garnish. Toss this salad with Poppy Seed Dressing prior to serving.

Strawberry Kiwi Salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, sliced
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Dressing
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp poppy seeds

Directions

In a bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi and mint.   In a small bowl, combine yogurt, orange juice and poppy seeds.

Drizzle dressing over strawberries, kiwi and mint.

Serve immediately.
