Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

My taste testers loved this delicious antioxidant-packed smoothie!  One serving contains more than twice the recommended daily intake of vitamin C!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie


Quantity Ingredients
1 cup / 250 ml sliced strawberries (or 1.5 cups whole)
1 cup / 250 ml 100% pure mango juice
1/2 cup / 125 ml plain yogurt, 2% MF or less
2 kiwifruit, peeeld
4 ice cubes, optional


Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you are making this to enjoy later in the day, chill until serving. 

Serves 2.

Per 1 ¼ cup serving: 166 calories, 5 g protein, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated fat), 38 g carbohydrate, 4 g fibre, 1 mg cholesterol, 53 mg sodium
