Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

My taste testers loved this delicious vitamin C-rich smoothie!  You can't go wrong with the combination of strawberries, kiwifruit and mango juice.  One serving of this smoothie contains more than twice the recommended daily intake of vitamin C!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1 cup / 250 ml sliced strawberries (or 1.5 cups whole)
1 cup / 250 ml 100% pure mango juice
1/2 cup / 125 ml plain yogurt, 2% MF or less
2 kiwifruit, peeeld
4 ice cubes, optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you are making this to enjoy later in the day, chill until serving. 

Serves 2.

Per 1 ¼ cup serving: 166 calories, 5 g protein, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated fat), 38 g carbohydrate, 4 g fibre, 1 mg cholesterol, 53 mg sodium
