| 3/4 lb. | (2 medium) fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced |
| 1 cup | corn kernels |
| 1/2 cup | diced green bell pepper |
| 1/2 cup | diced celery |
| 1/3 cup | diced red onion |
| 2 1/2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 1 clove | garlic, finely chopped |
| 1/2 tsp | granulated sugar |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon style mustard |
| 1/4 tsp | red pepper flakes |
| 1/8 tsp | salt |
Directions
1. In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients. Stir gently to mix. 2. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before using.
