1-1/2 cup | chopped watercress |
1 | large potato, diced or 1/4 small macaroni |
3-1/2 qts. | water |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except watercress and potato or macaroni in a large stew pot. Bring to a boil then simmer, covered, until peas are soft. 2. Add watercress, and cook for 10 minutes. Add diced potato or small macaroni; cook till soft.
