|zest of one lemon|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||coarse sea salt, ot to taste|
|1/8 tsp / 0.5 ml||red pepper flakes|
Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add edamame and bring water back to a boil. Continue to boil for 3 to 4minutes; remove from heat and drain.
Place edamame in a serving bowl and toss with lemon zest, salt and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
