Rice bran oil for salad dressings

Gramin-A Rice Bran Oil is a new Canadian-developed cooking oil that is also a salad oil. It has no trans fat and is completely natural. It leaves no oily residue or aftertaste and is not to be confused with the rice oils used in Asian cooking.

It is ideal for frying, sauteing and is light enough to use in baking, in dressings and on its own on salads. It's fast becoming the oil of choice in many of Toronto's top restaurants and catering companies such as Pusateri's, Mistura, Opus, Centro, Pangea and Senses.

For more information or to order visit http://www.ricebranoil.ca or http://www.gramin-a.com. A 500 mL bottle of the oil costs $8.50 and can also be purchased at Pusateri's Fine Foods (57 Yorkville Ave), or Noah's Natural Foods (2395 Yonge St) in Toronto.
