| 6 | red plums |
| 1 cup | bottles red fruit nectar |
| Rind of 1 orange, cut in strips | |
| 1/4 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1 cup | blackberries |
| 2 cups | raspberries |
| 1 cup | cubed seeded watermelon |
Directions
1. Halve and pit plums; quarter if large. Place, cut side down, in single layer in shallow microwaveable dish; pierce skins in several places. 2. Add fruit nectar and orange rind; sprinkle with sugar. Cover and microwave at Medium (50% power) for 5 minutes or until tender-firm, rotating dish halfway through. Do not overcook. 3. Add blackberries; cover and let stand until completely cool. Discard orange rind. Gently mix in raspberries and watermelon. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
