| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp / 25 ml | sliced green onions |
| 3 | cloves garlic, finely crushed |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | grated fresh ginger |
| 1 lb / 454 g | pre-cooked large shrimp, fresh or frozen |
| 2 tbsp / 25 ml | freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 1/4 cup / 50 ml | finely chopped cilantro |
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic and ginger; sauté for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp is heated through.
Remove from heat; toss with lime juice and cilantro. Serve immediately.
