|1 tbsp / 15 ml||olive oil|
|2 tbsp / 25 ml||sliced green onions|
|3||cloves garlic, finely crushed|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||grated fresh ginger|
|1 lb / 454 g||pre-cooked large shrimp, fresh or frozen|
|2 tbsp / 25 ml||freshly squeezed lime juice|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||finely chopped cilantro|
Heat oil over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic and ginger; sauté for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp is heated through.
Remove from heat; toss with lime juice and cilantro. Serve immediately.
