110 calories, 0.5 g fat (0 g saturated, 0 g trans, 0.1 g omega-6, 0.3 g omega-3), 20 mg sodium, 210 mg potassium, 0 g fibre, 24 g sugar (6 tsp.), 0.4 g protein, 80% DV vitamin C and 2% DV calcium.
