A new blended juice beverage from Oasis Health Break contains live and active bacterial cultures known as probiotics (Bifidobacterium bifidus and Lactobacillus acidophilus). These are the "good bacteria" that your body needs to maintain a healthy gastrointestinal system. "Health Break with Probiotics" boasts no added sugar, no artificial colour or flavour, and plenty of vitamin C and calcium. 120 calories, 0 g fat, 80 mg sodium, 280 mg potassium, 1 g fibre, 27 g sugar (6 � tsp.), 1 g protein, 100% DV vitamin C and 20% DV calcium.

Health Break also comes in Orange-Passion Fruit-Peach with Calcium, Berry and Pomegrante Antioxia and Strawberry and Kiwi with Omega-3.

250 mL of Strawberry and Kiwi with Omega-3 provides:

110 calories, 0.5 g fat (0 g saturated, 0 g trans, 0.1 g omega-6, 0.3 g omega-3), 20 mg sodium, 210 mg potassium, 0 g fibre, 24 g sugar (6 tsp.), 0.4 g protein, 80% DV vitamin C and 2% DV calcium.
