Knorr introduces frozen entrees

"Frozen" isn't a bad word when it comes to dinners, according to Knorr, who have introduced new frozen entrees. This new line consists of "chef-inspired meals" made with premium ingredients. In fact, the website adds "quick tips" for each entree, such as adding sherry, brandy, bacon, sausage or cheese at the end of cooking.

The last time we rated frozen dinners, our criteria for Best Bets included:

  • No more than 30% fat calories (no more than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories)
  • No more than 10% saturated fat calories
  • No more than 200 mg of sodium per 100 calorie
