American Heart Association launches online tracking tool

The American Heart Association (AHA) has launched an online tracking tool to help you stay on top of your fitness and diet goals.

Developed by dietitians and fitness professionals, the MyStart! Online tracking tool was created to help you balance your activity level with what you eat on a daily basis.  The tracking tool is meant to help you stay motivated by keeping track of daily progress.

Users can choose to receive weekly or monthly email summaries of diet goals and progress.

Aside from the exercise and nutrition tracking tools, the program offers healthy recipes, articles and healthy living tips.

Registration is free and easy (although there isn't an option for a Canadian address).  Try it today!
