|1-1/3 cups||skim milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|Low-calorie sugar substitute to equal 2 tablespoons sugar|
|1/4 cup||whipping cream, whipped|
|2||kiwi fruit, sliced, for garnish|
1. Cook rice and milk in 2-quart (8 cup) saucepan over medium heat until thick and creamy, 5 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool. 2. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute. Just before serving, mash bananas; fold banana and whipped cream into pudding. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices.
