Blackberry Spinach Salad


Quantity Ingredients
4 cups baby spinach, rinsed and dried
2 cups blackberries
2 ounces goat cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 large green onion, sliced
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar


. Add spinach, blackberries, cheese, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and walnuts to a large serving bowl. Toss to blend well.
2. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve into 4 salad bowls.
