Pumpkin Smoothie

This Pumpkin Smoothie is a meal in a glass! Savor this spicy and rich drink over ice cubes or simply as is; tangy orange juice, sweet banana and brown sugar combine with creamy pumpkin and evaporated milk to mix up a pourable treat.

Quantity Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) pure pumpkin puree, chilled
1 can (12 fl.oz.) evaported skim milk
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 small sliced banana
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
2 dozen ice cubes, optional
2 tsp ground cinnamon, optional


1. Place pumpkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, banana and sugar in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. 2. Pour over ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
