| Salad: | |
| 1/4 | red onion, chopped |
| 2 cups | bean sprouts |
| 1 1/2 cups | snow peas |
| 1 1/2 cups | shredded carrots |
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients.
In a separate bowl, toss together bean sprouts, snow peas, red onion and carrots.
Drizzle vegetables with dressing, toss to coat.
