|1 cup||milk or desired non-dairy milk such as almond milk or coconut milk|
|1 cup||cooked whole grain sorghum|
|Toppers such as fruit, toasted coconut, toasted nuts, ground cinnamon and/or honey|
In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium-high heat or until just boiling.
Meanwhile, transfer sorghum to serving bowl. Pour warm milk over sorghum. Top with desired toppers.
