| 1/4 tsp | cayenne |
| 1/2 cup | sour cream |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1/4 cup | smoked trout, julienned |
| 2 | dill sprigs |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except smoked trout and two sprigs of dill. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the smoked trout and dill sprigs and enjoy!
