1 tsp (5 ml) | freshly ground black pepper |
1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) | cayenne pepper |
1 | lime, cut into quarters |
4 | corn on the cob, husked |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, and peppers.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add corn; boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Rub each cob with a slice of lime and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
