|1/2 tbsp (7 ml)||garlic powder|
|1 tsp (5 ml)||freshly ground black pepper|
|1/8 tsp (0.5 ml)||cayenne pepper|
|1||lime, cut into quarters|
|4||corn on the cob, husked|
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, and peppers.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add corn; boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Rub each cob with a slice of lime and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
