3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp canola oil
1/4 tsp dried sage
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 oz/90 grams each)

Directions

  1. In shallow dish, combine vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, and sage.
  2. Add chicken; marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium. Transfer chicken to the gril l and cook for 7 to 9 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
