| 2 | cloves garlic, crushed |
| 8 cups / 2 L | spinach |
| 2 tbsp / 25 ml | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1/4 tsp / 1 ml | coarse sea salt, or to taste |
| freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
| Pinch | red chili pepper flakes, or to taste |
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
Add spinach, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red chili flakes to skillet; cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
