2 tbsp / 25 ml | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | coarse sea salt, or to taste |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
pinch red pepper flakes, or ot taste |
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
Add spinach, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to skillet; cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
