Stir-fried Sesame Fiddleheads


Quantity Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
8 oz. fresh fiddleheads or 10 oz. frozen fiddleheads
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated sugar


1. In a wok or large skillet heat oil, add sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add fiddleheads and salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fiddleheads are tender-crisp. 3. Sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
