2 tbsp | sesame seeds |
8 oz. | fresh fiddleheads or 10 oz. frozen fiddleheads |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | granulated sugar |
Directions
1. In a wok or large skillet heat oil, add sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 minute.
2. Add fiddleheads and salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fiddleheads are tender-crisp.
3. Sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
