|8 oz.||fresh fiddleheads or 10 oz. frozen fiddleheads|
|1/2 tsp||granulated sugar|
1. In a wok or large skillet heat oil, add sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add fiddleheads and salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fiddleheads are tender-crisp. 3. Sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
