| 3/4 cup / 175 ml | amaranth flour |
| 1 cup / 250 ml | barley flour |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | baking powder |
| 1/4 tsp / 1 ml | sea salt |
| 1 1/2 cups / 375 ml | milk |
| 3 tbsp / 45 ml | vegetable oil |
Directions
Mix liquids and dry ingredients separately, then beat together with a hand mixer. Thin batter with additional water if needed.
Pour onto hot, non-stick surface griddle. Makes four waffles. May be used for pancakes also.
