Amaranth Waffles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
3/4 cup / 175 ml amaranth flour
1 cup / 250 ml barley flour
1 tbsp / 15 ml baking powder
1/4 tsp / 1 ml sea salt
1 1/2 cups / 375 ml milk
3 tbsp / 45 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Mix liquids and dry ingredients separately, then beat together with a hand mixer. Thin batter with additional water if needed.

Pour onto hot, non-stick surface griddle. Makes four waffles. May be used for pancakes also.
