Almond Fruit Frappe

Ingredients

2 cups low-fat almond milk
1 cup your choice of fresh fruit
1 tbsp sugar

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender. Process at low speed for 1 minute, then 3 minutes on high speed until smooth. Regrigerate any unused portions
