1 | red bell pepper, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks |
1 | yellow bell pepper, seeded, and cut into 1-inch chunks |
4 | slices of lime |
1/2 cup | barbecue sauce of your choice |
2 tbsp | Worchestershire Sauce |
2 tbsp | hot sauce |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
Directions
1. Thread shrimp, peppers, and lime alternately onto metal skewers. 2. Combine barbecue sauce, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and garlic in small bowl. Mix well. Brush on skewers. 3. Place skewers on grill, reserving sauce mixture. Grill until shrimp turn pink, turning and basting often with sauce mixture.
