| 6 tbsp | whole wheat flour |
| 1 lb. | dandelions, parboiled, chopped and drained well |

| 2 cups | low-fat cottage cheese |
| 6 ounces | cheddar cheese, grated (2 cups) |
| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 4 tbsp | wheat germ |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, beat eggs and flour until mixture is smooth. Add dandelions, cheeses, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. 2. Pour into a well-greased, 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with wheat germ and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. 3. Let stand for about 10 minutes, and then cut into 1-1/2-inch squares. Makes 54 squares.
