| 1 cup / 250 ml | fresh blueberries, washed and trimmed |
| 1 | mango, peeled and diced |
| 2 tbsp / 25 ml | pure pomegranate juice |
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml | minced fresh gingerroot |
Directions
In
a large bowl combine pomegranate seeds with blueberries and mango.
In a small bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice and gingerroot. Drizzle over the fruit before serving.
