Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1 block extra firm tofu
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp cracked pepper

Directions

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. 

Toss with remaining ingredients. 

Spread on a non-stick baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
